I am wiped, whipped, and done in. I don’t know what it is, or why it is, but I’m really tired this weekend. I spent a good chunk of this Saturday, and last Saturday, just sleeping. I have 5 weeks of teaching left. I’m going to lay low online for the next week because I need some family time, and me time. You’ve been great, you’ve been an inspiration, I’ll be back in June-ish.

I know what you mean. I feel exhausted. I think we all have given our all. There is nothing left….nine more days for me!

Oh come now. Everyone knows you teachers live the life of Reilly. You leave early, get all summer off and just babysit today’s mollycoddled little brats, all at taxpayer expense. I wish -I- had a job like that …
But I don’t, so I guess I’ll have to do with the next best thing, being married to you. Sleep tight.

I get NO respect, NONE at all, jeez. I won’t mention that part of my exhaustion was from helping Terry look like a million bucks by helping out with a project for the school carnival he needed help on.
Seriously folks, that’s Terry, my husband. He lets me spend hours on the computer talking to you all. By lets I mean he doesn’t complain about my lousy housekeeping, he lets me do solo brunch at Panera where I use wifi to catch up on net stuff, and he helps enormously in the care of our son, so that I have free time. All-in-all a prince of a guy. He even does the dishes! He used to keep a blog of his own, but it’s currently in hiatus.
