Sadly this week, I had to say goodbye to the AmeriCorp tutors who have been working for the last 2 months at my school. They were the most fantastic group of workers, and I will miss all of them (especially the one working in my lab) a lot.

It wasn’t a day, it was a marathon: Full load of 6 classes + 30 minutes of ELD, after-school tutoring program, then I held a 2 hour training on discovery streaming+PowerPoint (which occured simulatenously with a school potluck that I was helping show a video at). I’m tired!

Well, the kids were not happy after two days with no outdoor time (due to rain); still some very difficult classes did well, and those that didn’t, got to work on how behavior.

The rainy season is here (rain predicted all week long), but most classes went smoothly (included some typically rough ones), and I felt on top of my game.
